6. Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to courier or unforeseen circumstances.

7. No refunds are offered. Replacements are available only for damaged or defective items, subject to our Refund & Replacement Policy.

8. Customers must report any damaged or defective item within 24 hours of delivery by sending clear photos and an unboxing video via WhatsApp.
